Refund policy

We want you to love your Surbhika products. As these are consumable wellness items (dhoop, agarbatti, incense), we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at surbhika2.0@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
